Biblestudytools.com - Here you can find reading plans (like several options for reading through the Bible in a year), commentaries, daily studies/devotions, Bible dictionary and more!
http://www.biblegateway.com/ - Now what was that verse that talks about 'I can do anything with God?'... Here you can type in a phrase or a reference and get the verse you're looking for. Many different Bible translations to choose from. Also has devotions and reading plans. (Incidentally, the verse is Philippians 4:13)
http://www.blueletterbible.org/index.cfm - Audio and visual commentaries, study tools, Greek and Hebrew Lexicons.. Lots to offer here.
